Abstract

This article investigates the concept of judicial independence as a cornerstone of fair trials and the rule of law. By reviewing global examples of judicial interference, the study examines how political pressures can compromise legal processes and affect public trust in the judiciary. Findings emphasize the need for strong institutional safeguards to maintain impartiality and promote transparency within legal systems.
